Default Need serious help :(

hi everyone,

I just played GW for the last time like 2 years ago. And today I download it and put my account name and everything, but then I see that there is a security question about your charachters name. I know my account name and password but I can't remember my charachter names . And my e-mail (account name) dont work so I cant have a reset password.

Can anybody help me out, please?

I recently had the same issue with my second account. I sent ncsoft support an email for assistance. It took about two days of answering their questions and providing them info (account keys, etc), but they did help me out.

Send an email with you problem details to

Well, no one here can help you other than telling you what you should know already.

Look to see if you have any old screenshots. You may find the name to a character on your account. (located in folder: Documents/Guild Wars/Screens)

If not, you have to contact NC Soft support and give them as much proof as you can that the account is your's. (access keys are the best proof)
However, since you can't access the email account, there's a good chance they won't believe you cuz you can no longer send them emails from that account.

aw well I've just sent an e-mail and gave all the info even my activation code from 2 years ago :P.

Also, in future you can also go to Guild Wars Support Page for access to support as well.
